All persons must register with GSA fleet, and provide the email or GSA number that it provided to bid. All vehicles must be paid by the end of the day Wednesday by Cash, Credit Card, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, and Personal/Business Checks/debit cards will be accepted with a Bank Letter of Guarantee. A Sample Bank Letter is provided below.
